In 2024, the export price in Africa amounted to $82 per ton, declining by -5.7% against the previous year. Overall, the export price saw a pronounced shrinkage. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2018 when the export price increased by 239% against the previous year. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $371 per ton. From 2019 to 2024, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
